This is not the only navbox to mirror a category; even WP:NAVBOX concedes that navigation is faster with a navbox vs a category (Advantages, 2). I was navigating among these articles and created the template out of my own natural desire for am "easier way", perhaps you would call it an exception, but there are topics like these which are likely to be of specific interest and we should encourage effortless navigation. Is your primary objection the absence of LGBT-related web series (or LGBT web series) as an article?— TAnthonyTalk 21:29, 29 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Templates are useful if the topics are directly related to each other, such as web series that were made by the same production company. They're not so valuable if they group otherwise unrelated topics on a characteristic that's already the subject of a category for the same characteristic. Delete. Indian-languages film templates[edit]

Propose merging Template:Malayalam cinema with Template:Malayalam films.
Propose merging Template:Ollywood with Template:Ollywood films.
Propose merging Template:Marathi Cinema with Template:Marathi films.
Propose merging Template:Tollywood with Template:Tollywood films.

In the article namespace, only one page, Geologic time scale, uses this template. There are other related navigational boxes around to serve other articles about geology or time scale.
