Wikipedia:Survey notification/Solicited then inform

Based on your behavior and others', I'm wondering if you may have been invited to comment at a proposal. While there's certainly nothing wrong with that, those who have been invited by another to comment on something at Wikipedia should note on the page in question that they have done so. This is because Wikipedia does not make use of votes, but rather gauges consensus.
