Pizza website[edit]

I'm looking for a certain page on a certain site. It was a blog, it looked quite dated, like personal blogs used to--with I think a yellow background and the proprietor's name in the URL. The dude had done tons of research on pizza for many years, this was a dedicated guy, and he'd concluded that oven temperature and dough prep were the most important, and flour/yeast type didn't matter so much. He had rankings of New York and some Italian pizzerias. He was NY-focused. Longtime resident, apparently. Searching google for "best pizza recipe" predictably yields flashy sites from corporations... Google doesn't serve up reliable artisanal blogs any more. Any help?Temerarius (talk) 01:31, 17 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
