2-minor of a 2×n matrix[edit]
In a research article i have read the sentence "the class of binomial edge ideals is a natural generalization of the ideal of 2-minors of 2×n-matrix of indeterminates " .I heave searched the net for the term 2-minors of a matrix but find nothing ,can any body help me , what is the term " indeterminate".خان — Preceding unsigned comment added by True path finder (talk • contribs) 15:47, 8 August 2013 (UTC)
- I believe the terms refer to a 2x2 Minor (linear algebra), and to Indeterminate (variable). -- Meni Rosenfeld (talk) 17:27, 8 August 2013 (UTC)
