duhui in taiwanese mandarin[edit]

Can anyone tell me what "duhui" means in Taiwanese Mandarin? They keep saying it in these vids I'm watching, eg. here, at 2:34, "ranhou duhui". It seems to mean "like/um", a kind of filler word. IBE (talk) 06:38, 8 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

It's dōuhuì, 都會, "would all", the sentence on the screen is, more literally, "...and then they would all ... [I guess] it would count as ... warmly help each other".
The erroneous romanisation in the video is probably due to the subtitlist's confusion with the identically written, but differently pronounced, word, 都會, dūhuì, which means "metropolis". --PalaceGuard008 (Talk) 13:58, 8 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
