Community certificate for an OCI[edit]
Is an OCI living in India, eligible to apply for a Community Certificate? What are the rules and regulations? If yes, can the OCI benefit from the various quotas available in education system applicable for that community? 171.78.163.127 (talk) 12:59, 8 September 2017 (UTC)
- In case anybody else, like me, didn't have a clue what the abbrevtiation OCI might mean, the fifteenth out of seventeen entries in our DAB page OCI is Overseas Citizen of India. --ColinFine (talk) 14:24, 8 September 2017 (UTC)
