Award show opening monologue referencing House (TV series)[edit]

This is a long shot, but:

A few months ago, I went on a binge and watched a lot of award show opening monologues on Youtube (Oscar, Emmy, Golden Globes, etc). In one of them, a comedian delivered the line: "Can you imagine a real doctor doing what Hugh Laurie does?"

Which award show was this and what year was it?

I'm pretty sure it was a joke about House (TV series), so definitely after 2004 after House started airing. And jokes are usually topical, and House ended in 2012, so it was probably no later than 2015ish.
