In the film Kramer vs. Kramer, what was the reason of Ted and Joanna Kramer's divorce?

@Contributions/81.154.209.39: You can find out more here: [1]. However, the "reason" for their divorce is not important to the film. The premise is the court proceedings due to the parent's fight for custody of their son. In simple terms: "irreconcilable differences" sets the stage for the film. The husband is a workaholic who recently has been assigned a huge account at work; and the wife has been convinced by a close friend that if she is not happy in her marriage then she needs to leave and "find herself".
