That should absolutely not be at Commons at all. That's a B-side by the band Bloc Party, and almost certainly not CC licenced. Pretty awkward that the uploader asks "Please do not delete this until December 20. I need this for my final exam grade." Smurrayinchester 10:06, 11 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
