Name of 1990s cowboy Cartoon show[edit]

Hey I'm looking for the name of 2 cartoon shows from the 1990s whos name I forgot. One was a typical Saturday morning cartoon variety show. I think the theme song was some variant of classical music sung wacky wacky, possibly William Tell Orchestra. The "main" show was about a cowboy who had adventures.

The other show was one of those boy adventure cartoons. I remember this scene where the kid hero escapes from the sewers in his red heart boxer shorts and an old lady walking by sees him and screams. --Gary123 (talk) 03:14, 18 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
