SPORTS - Tampa Bay Mutiny historical statistics?[edit]

The original Tampa Bay Mutiny folded in 2001. I have fond memories from a few of their games, and would like to clear up some details regarding opponents, scores, and such. Could someone help me find a statistics archive? Googling 'Tampa Bay Mutiny Schedule and Results' didn't get me anywhere. Thanks in advance! The Masked Booby (talk) 03:04, 18 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

this has an overview of their seasons, but not a "fixture-by-fixture" stats sheet. All-time Tampa Bay Mutiny roster lists individual players and most have Wikipedia articles where you can find stats. Still hunting a few sites... --Jayron32 04:14, 18 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
The official MLS site has season stats for every season the Mutiny played, but does not have individual game-by-game results. See [1] and select the year you want. After you choose a year the Mutiny played, you can then select them as a "team" option. That gives you the full roster with all of the player stats. --Jayron32 04:25, 18 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I have some Buffy_the_Vampire_Slayer_(TV_series) and Angel_(TV_series) questions! Please answer![edit]

1. How old is Cordelia_Chase when she dies? 2. How old are Buffy_Summers, Xander_Harris and Willow_Rosenberg in Buffy_the_Vampire_Slayer_Season_Nine of the comics? Thanks! Neptunekh2 (talk) 04:31, 18 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

For most of these random pop culture questions you have been asking lately, you REALLY need to search Wikia. Just like Wookieepedia you were directed to above, there's also a Buffy encyclopedia at Wikia. located at http://buffy.wikia.com/ . You can research the answers for these sorts of questions yourself there. Instead of asking these sort of "character biography" questions for every show you are a fan of, try Wikia first... --Jayron32 04:51, 18 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

I looked up some Oceanic Airlines gifts on CafePress. Most of them had the logo that was featured on Lost (TV Series). But I'm hoping to find gifts that bear the same fictional airline's name, but in the logo as seen in Executive Decision (film). I contacted CafePress with that idea. But they suggested I create gifts bearing the Executive Decision-style Oceanic Airlines logo. I don't want to get into any hot water over that type of thing. I'm open to anything.24.193.90.61 (talk) 06:49, 18 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Personally I would just go for it and create whatever gifts you want. Whoever owns the copyright of that logo has got better things to do than go after someone who sticks it on a T-shirt or mug. --Viennese Waltz 07:31, 18 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know who owns the copyright of the Executive Decision-style Oceanic Airlines logo.24.193.90.61 (talk) 01:20, 19 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
What I'm saying is you don't need to know. --Viennese Waltz 04:22, 19 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
The distributor, Warner Bros., probably owns the copyright, but the copyright on stuff like that can be reassigned by contract, so it could be really hard to track down. If you use the logo in a strictly non-profit way, you should be OK, on the theory that the owner has "got better things to do." But something like CafePress where money changes hands might attract unwanted legal attention. --M@rēino 02:33, 19 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I still think my idea is a good one. I tried to resolve several issues about it with someone at CafePress. But that person was no help. Anyone else have any ideas or suggestions?24.193.90.61 (talk) 06:19, 20 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
