Shahrukh Khan's birthdate has been reported wrongly.[edit]

Hi, Indian actor SHahrukh Khan's birthdate is November 2nd, not November 12. Please correct the error.

From what I can see it has been fixed. Arjun 18:20, 11 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ennio Morricone's "Ecstasy of Gold" - any ideas on where I can buy sheet music for this?[edit]

I have looked high and low and the only thing that I could find was a very brief excerpt for piano at musicnotes.com. I am looking for sheet music for stringed instruments. Metallica played this piece with the San Franscisco Symphony - I can't believe that the sheet music is so hard to find.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hmm...if it wasn't released on an album there wouldn't be Guitar tabs but since you are talking about a whole symphony I think it would be impossible to find. Cheers. Arjun 21:08, 11 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Good thought - I already checked for guitar tabs. In most of the places where you "think" you would find them, it says something about some legal matter requiring the tabs to be removed from the website. I wonder if this has anything to do with Metallica's controversy involving peer to peer file sharing. KBJESQ

Oh yes, and I should have mentioned, this piece ("Ecstasy of Gold") is included in Metallica's "S & M" album, and other sheet music from that album seems to be widely available. KBJESQ

Well after searching for you I found this which includes the album tabs but sadly doesn't have the song Ecstasy of Gold. Arjun 21:57, 11 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Ennio Morricone is non-relenting in enforcing copyright infringement. I doubt it was ever available, but post if you find anything.

Thanks for looking - I have ordered lots and lots of music from Sheetmusicplus over the years. I did check there before posting the query to this forum. I'm becoming convinced that this music is simply not available, probably something to do with the composer's copyrights. KBJESQ

Is there a real magazine akin to Courtney Cox's Dirt?[edit]

Thanks, 140.180.21.169 22:03, 11 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, such celebrity gossip magazines are among the best selling weeklys (or in some cases monthlys) these days. They do range in salaciousness - with some being more Dirt like and others (slightly) more upmarket.

For a range, try heat and NOW in the UK, OK! in the UK, USA and Mexico, The National Enquirer, Star and In Touch Weekly in the US, ¡Hola! in Spain and Vea and Teve Guía in Puerto Rica. Rockpocket 03:02, 12 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Cannot find info about musician Reanimator[edit]

I was searching for some more information about a "mysterious" musician called "Reanimator", and I was unable to find anything about him.

I came across him due to a song, "Move Your Dead Bones", and brief music videos from www.youtube.com, and aside from an album listed from RealPlayer as "Disco Estrella Vol.6", I can't find anything else about him. Could someone please help me in finding some basic information about him?

If so, thanks! -Silver216.96.20.8 23:53, 11 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Is Reanimator the guy you are looking for? Rockpocket 02:50, 12 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No. I looked that up first; it doesnt even mention Move Your Dead Bones, which is the song most of my friends and I know him for.

You are correct! A little more research revealed the artist's name is actually Dr Reanimator. This link lists Move Your Dead Bones as one of his tracks. More details can be found on a WikiFur article, here. Rockpocket 04:47, 13 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
