Currently, 6,478 of a total of 6,818,876 Wikipedia articles (about 1 in 1,050) are featured articles, which have been thoroughly reviewed according to the featured article criteria. In addition 39,575 articles (about 1 in 172.303) are good articles which meet the good article criteria. Combined Wikipedia has 46,053 articles (about one in 148.066) which are either good or featured.
