Dik-dik

Madoqua kirkii, commonly known as dik-dik is a small antelope found in eastern and southwestern Africa. It grows to 70 cm (28 inches) in length and weighs up to 7 kg (15 pounds) when full grown. It has a reddish-brown head and a tail that is 35–55 cm (14-22 inches) long.

• Taken the camera... I would say this was shot with a 75-300mm canon telephoto? I have one and it's horrible past 200mm. I personally enjoy #1 but none of the pictures would be likely to get past FPC. The sharpness that's required is just not there. victorrocha (talk) 22:20, 3 July 2008 (UTC)
• Also may be that it was probably shot wide open (F 5.6) which hurts sharpness with most lenses. Also at 300mm (max zoom I presume) at 1/80th of a second even VR lenses can be hard to get crisp shots.
