Suggested wording for an email to a nominee[edit]
Dear ABC,
You have been nominated by members of the Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research as part of our Celebrating Women in Antarctic Research event. We have submitted a biography to Wikipedia in recognition of your achievements, and would like to request a profile image of you to use on the page. Ideally this would be a high-res photograph to which you hold the copyright.
If you are happy to provide one, it takes about 10 minutes. The details of how to do so are below.

- Upload an image (5-10 minutes)
- Select "This file is my own work"
- Let us know the "Title" you called it
