An Edit-a-Thon

Edit-a-thon -- The Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian, welcomes participants to its edit-a-thon focused on Native American issues in Wikipedia. We will be working with Wikipedia and American University class COMM535 and journalism professor Andrew Lih.

Who: The program is open to the public, and will be conducted in conjunction with a communications/journalism course taught by Andrew Lih at the American University on Wikipedia & Public Knowledge. Contact Andrew Lih and sign up below if you'd like to attend.

Where: National Museum of the American Indian; 4th St & Independence Ave SW, Washington, DC 20560 (directions here); Fourth floor, rooms 4018 and 4019 in the NE corner

What to bring: A fully charged laptop computer with charger or any device that can edit Wikipedia
