Removing that guy might be a bit too much for an encyclopedia... I'm not sure. I could do it with cropping and duping the crowd, but that's an awfully heavy hand to take. Here's a quick test that I did using Lens Blur. [dead link removed] Obviously the masking needs to be tidied up but I think the effect looks okay.
