    @Peaceray: Apparently, when making this edit you didn't follow the directions at the top of this section, beginning "Add new requests to the top of this list". So, since it was after some old requests that had been actioned, that is probably why it was overlooked. At the end of the same paragraph, it describes what to do if you have not had a response here.
