Reason: The quality of the photo is visibly poor, the size is too low to attempt a restoration, and there's a weird stamp in the bottom right corner that ought not to be there. Previous delist was over copyright concern, not quality.

Delist. The licensing still seems to be all over the place. We need to be crystal-clear about the copyright status of our featured pictures, and so, until clarification is forthcoming, and regardless of quality concerns, I support delisting. J Milburn (talk) 10:36, 28 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
