Original – Manuel L. Quezon, second president of the Philippines. This photograph was taken in 1942, while he lead the Government in Exile in the United States during the Japanese occupation of the Philippines.

A high quality image of Manuel L. Quezon, second president of the Philippines. The last nomination fell one support short, but I'm fairly certain that this image is up to snuff.
