August 2010[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit that you made to the page FIFA Online 2 has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Please use the sandbox for testing any edits; if you believe the edit was constructive, please ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing for further information. Thank you. Tyrol5 [Talk] 16:51, 12 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

What? I was reverting vandalism and you reverted it back. Zap Rowsdower (talk) 16:58, 12 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Steven Slater and "censorship"[edit]

Probably easier if I just direct you to the last post I made on this topic ;-) Short version: we're quoting a source, and the source censored the quote. We have to accurately reflect what the source says. TFOWR 17:26, 12 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, I checked the source after I made the edit, my mistake. Thanks for putting it right. Zap Rowsdower (talk)

Provide a reason[edit]

Please provide a valid reason about undoing the last edit in the Smallworlds article. The last link was valid and was not against Wikipedia's policies. --Josuejiar (talk) 20:09, 13 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks[edit]

It is an honor to have my vandalism removed by a true Canadian hero like yourself. --24.85.242.7 (talk) 04:31, 16 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I can see why Quebec wants to be separate from all this. Zap Rowsdower (talk) 04:39, 16 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you[edit]

Thank you for reverting back to my edits. The user named LonnyBaxter has been vandalizing the Logic Wireless wiki page for the past three days now, and I don't know what else to do. Thank you for helping out. Sincerely, Your friends at Logic Wireless. Shelleyboothbishop (talk) 05:19, 16 August 2010 (UTC) ShelleyBoothBishop[reply]

Regarding your edits to "Jack Thompson (activist)"[edit]

Just a note of warning, be careful in the future reverting persons who vandalize articles in succession even after multiple reversions. Many an editor has been caught on a 3RR violation for that (though they may have been acting in good faith to prevent vandalism). For future reference, try to seek an admin's intervention through an ARV if they continue to do so after 2 warnings with regards to edits on the same article if you are the only individual warning them (3 on more than 1 article). It reduces the likelihood of negative fallout affecting you. Have a nice day. ⒺⓋⒾⓁⒼⓄⒽⒶⓃ② talk 05:38, 21 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Merci![edit]

Thanks for cleaning up my user page. :0)

MST3K task force?[edit]

Since you have this userbox on your page (and considering your truly awesome username :D), I thought you might be interested in this discussion I started about a possible MST3K task force over at the WikiProject TV talk page. Feel free to share your thoughts and let me know if you'd be interested in joining! — Hunter Kahn 02:31, 6 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
