I didn't know about this policy. I will keep it my mind next time. Please that block happen and I accept my mistake I didn't know about that promotional stuff on Wikipedia nad I was doing that generally not in a way of promoting my stuffs here. Please review it and unblock the account.

As you mentioned I have to propose a new username. I'm proposing. Please check and validate. This Faizal CP is an owner of V Perfumes. I have created this just to give an overview of Faizal CP. YOu can check google about the searches of the V Perfumes keyword itself. Why I will want to create a business search by doing this. I just want to add information about the business on Wikipedia.

Someone else will review your request, but Wikipedia is not a directory of businesses where mere existence merits inclusion. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia with criteria for inclusion. See WP:ORG for those criteria.
