NO! I researched the Sonic games using the five rules listed below the template on the template page. Both Rivals games and next-gen don't refer to any earlier or later games, and TDB does!

Ok. STH06 does not make any references to other Sonic games, it even contradicts them. Same with Rivals 1 and 2. SC:TDB makes MANY references to the other Sonic games, it even ties up old plot holes. :)
