Parable articles[edit]

Please do not copy-and-paste content from one title to another. If an article needs to be renamed, the proper method is to move the article to the new title. By pasting the content, all history and attribution is lost. In addition, when you copy from one article to another, you are required to attribute the source of the content; see WP:CWW for instructions. Schazjmd (talk) 06:37, 5 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hanging Gardens of Babylon[edit]

If you want to move the page from its long time name use Talk:Hanging Gardens of Babylon to get consensus first. CambridgeBayWeather, Uqaqtuq (talk), Sunasuttuq 23:31, 11 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Talk: Hanging Gardens of Babylon[edit]

Thank you for your contributions at Talk:Hanging Gardens of Babylon. I see you wanted to propose a different move, which you're welcomed and encouraged to do - but the way you expressed this was to edit a comment that I had signed. Can I let you know about WP:TPO. I've restored my post, but added a point below to explain your alternative proposal. In future, a good way to add your comments is to add a point immediately below - people are flexible about proposed renames and will consider alternatives. Talk-Page Vandalism Warning for Talk: Hanging Gardens of Babylon[edit]

Information icon Please do not delete or edit legitimate talk page comments, as you did at Talk:Hanging Gardens of Babylon. Such edits are disruptive, and may appear to other editors to be vandalism. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. The problem here is that you have edited one of my signed comments for a second time, despite a some polite advice. Please be very careful with this - see WP:TPO. Small things like fixing broken Wikilinks are generally considered acceptable, but re-ordering a discussion thread is not. Wikipedia:Relationships with academic editors[edit]

I see you're new here. Forgive me for a wild guess, but is WP:ACADEME helpful in any way? Apologies if it's not relevant. The Parson's Cat (talk) 18:14, 26 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

ACADEME is irrelevant in this case. As I stated on the talk page, there is already consensus among the archaeological community that the actual location is Nineveh. What you are citing are the same legends being reiterated. What I'm citing is the refutation of those legends with the addition of archaeological evidence. What the hell is your problem?[edit]

Literally all I have been doing is reverting IPs and users vandalizing pages such as Justin Meram, so I assumed that's what was happening at Chaldean Catholic Patriarchate of Babylon. Don't jump down my fucking throat accusing me of POV-pushing and vandalism, and go read WP:AGF. Jay eyem (talk) 04:11, 27 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
