Use article talk page[edit]

I don't discuss articles on my talk page, I discuss them on the article talk page. Thanks. Yworo (talk) 15:33, 19 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

So you can't say you weren't warned[edit]

Warning
Warning

Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly, as you are doing at Russell's paradox. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Rather than reverting, discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you. Yworo (talk) 15:38, 19 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello TylerJ71. I am an administrator who was notified of the editing dispute at Russell's Teapot. Looking at the history of the article, I see you revert-warring alone against six other editors. This is absolutely unacceptable, regardless of how right you think you are or how little you think of the others' points of view. I was very tempted to block you from contributing, but in good faith I will give you one more chance to contribute in a collaborative manner. I strongly urge you to use the article talkpage to work though the dispute and come to an understanding with your fellow editors. If you resume reverting editors contributions to the article, I will block you. This is a final warning. Sincerely,  Skomorokh  13:45, 3 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello TylerJ71. Please do not slap a template on an established editor's talk page as a substitute for engaging in discussion. I gave reasons in my edit summary for reverting your unilateral and anti-consensus change to Russell's teapot, and did so at greater length in my second reversion. Please engage in the discussion at Talk:Russell's teapot, which seemed to be making progress towards an agreement that a summary of views is required rather than a simple quote from a single non-notable source. Thank you. SNALWIBMA ( talk - contribs ) 14:12, 3 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Canvassing[edit]

Hi, canvassing is prohibited (as you did with this edit). 71.182.249.158 (talk) 21:57, 6 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
