Your recent delete nominations[edit]

As your nomination rationales are so unconvincing that they are all unanimous keeps, and as most of the articles were started by one editor, you're giving the impression of WP:WIKIHOUNDING, for which an editor can be blocked. Please make sure that you don't continue editing in such a manner. Thanks. Fences&Windows 22:29, 31 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, please stop. Do not disrupt Wikipedia to illustrate a point. I have closed many of your nominations as "speedy keep." -- King of ♠ 23:32, 31 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

SimCity 4 image uploads[edit]

Hello,

Unfortunately I have had to delete your SimCity 4 image uploads as they were technically copyright violations and Wikipedia has to take copyright very seriously. While you have taken the images from the game yourself that does not make you the copyright holder; the copyright of the game is with Maxis / Electronic Arts and any works derived from the game, including images, are still copyrighted by them in what is known as derivative works. Maxis themselves have not objected, and even encouraged, people to upload images of the game on to the internet but this is unfortunately is not recognised in law, so cannot be recognised on Wikipedia either. Images of SimCity 4 can be uploaded onto Wikipedia on a claim of fair use, as is the case with images in the SimCity 4 article. I would have converted the images to fair use for you but the SimCity article already has lots of images and any more will probably violate the very strict WP:NFCC. The Reference Desk Barnstar
Thank you for answering my "fanfic law sentence" question on the Miscellaneous Reference Desk! --Ye Olde Luke (talk) 18:27, 6 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'm curious about your vote on Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Soverns'_Law. Where in that article do you see a reference? XXX antiuser 18:13, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Did you even bother to check the "reference"? You can't just call it a reference because it's linking to something... XXX antiuser 23:13, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It was a link to a password-protected forum. The whole article was about an expression that was created the same day, on that forum. The sort of thing WP:MADEUP prohibits. XXX antiuser 02:48, 15 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It was in "footnote" form because that's the way WP formats external links if you don't give them any text. Just because there's a link in the article, doesn't mean it's a reliable source. You have to check the refs before saying if an article should be deleted or not. XXX antiuser 08:02, 15 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not make statements attacking people or groups of people. Wikipedia has a strict policy against personal attacks. Attack pages and images are not tolerated by Wikipedia and are speedily deleted. Users who continue to create or repost such pages and images in violation of our biographies of living persons policy will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Thank you.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Use references, please. --Mr. Vernon (talk) 06:22, 4 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • For an article you did not nominate: {{subst:AFDNote|Article title}} ~~~~

You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Gerbelzodude99 for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. TheWeakWilled (T * G) 17:56, 28 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I swear that I am not a sockpuppet of anyone. Please wait for the checkuser to run its course and my name will be cleared. I welcome all scrutiny, as Wikipedia is my life. Please don't take it away.

Decline reason:

Behavioral evidence is strong enough to link this account to 2 other account, even in absense of the checkuser results. The checkuser result of "likely" is nice, but it in no way is the main reason the sockpuppetry is clear here. The evidence based solely on the editing patterns of this account and the other two it is linked to in that sockpuppet case seems to be clear enough. Jayron32 03:13, 29 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Uh, did you not see the completed CheckUser results at the bottom of the SPI case page? –MuZemike 01:42, 29 December 2009 (UTC) What does likely, almost confirmed mean? And I apologize, I did not see that. I would like to know the poster's rationale on how "likely" equals confirmed. I am innocent. Torkmann (talk) 02:22, 29 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

An article you previously commented in is up for AFD again[edit]

Your name has been mentioned in connection with a sockpuppetry case. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Torkmann for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to cases before editing the evidence page. Dr.K. λogosπraxis 02:06, 22 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
