R. T. Pappalardo[edit]

I appreciate your effort to rework this article, and I want to find some notability there, but all I'm seeing in it is affiliation with significance. It states the projects in which he is and was involved and some of his beliefs about his work, but it doesn't state what he himself has contributed to make his involvement in those projects noteworthy.
