You are now a Reviewer[edit]

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010.

Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.

When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.

If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Courcelles (talk) 18:03, 18 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not the most frequent editor so I wonder how I got this magical power? Well I am glad all the same! (The Elfoid (talk) 03:29, 4 July 2010 (UTC))[reply]

Wibbling Rivalry[edit]

I left "Wibbling Rivalry" in {{Beady Eye}} for this reason (from September 11, 2010 edit in revision history): "Re-added 'Wibbling Rivalry' cause I guess it is a rather funny way of referencing the breakup & subsequent formation of this band." I think that's what the original poster had in mind... What do you think? Wikkitywack (talk) 00:41, 2 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image File:MWC99.jpg[edit]

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:MWC99.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Non-free rationale for File:MTVMovie.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:MTVMovie.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. J Milburn (talk) 18:42, 10 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

"Chill", now that deserves a real facepalm! Haha. We need to keep in contact offwiki? — R2 09:21, 14 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, do you work on Van Halen articles any more these days? I checked out a bunch of EVH books and was thinking about improving the article. --Spike Wilbury (talk) 05:27, 12 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Cool, I will let you know when I'm going to start editing the article and hopefully you can collaborate. Have a great day. --Spike Wilbury (talk) 13:52, 13 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
