Speedy deletion nomination of Lemma Guya[edit]

A tag has been placed on Lemma Guya requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

Lemma Guya is a well known Ethiopian Painter. I tried to read about him on Wikipedia and could not find any article referring to him. That is why I created it. I think it is necessary to have an article about the painter and I don't see why it should be deleted. Teferi Kebebew (talk) 06:22, 9 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Article requests on Oromo Wikipedia[edit]

Hi! Are you available for article requests? If so, would it be okay if you did a stub on Seattle and a stub on Seattle Public Schools in Oromo? The Seattle area has Oromo speakers so these articles would be very important.
