April 2022[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Tony Gwynn, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Generally, links are not repeated per MOS:REPEATLINK.Bagumba (talk) 06:19, 30 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello

I hope you are not a bot, because I will be unhappy I even replied to this if you are an automatic reply.

I finally have found the one place that mentions Pete Rose's first name, which is far removed from where I edited.

The source for this quote's link is broken. I usually can find info about things with the source material, as on the phone the browser's search will not look at unexpanded sections.

This becomes a problem when items are this far apart and in sections you won't think to look when you are on a mobile device.

Thank you for your correction, and might I suggest the sharing of my point about mobile devices with someone who may be interested.

Also, did you know that Wikipedia is used by a government entity I will not name to find sources to its own information? Stormplatter (talk) 18:33, 30 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Also, I left a message on the Tony Gwynn talk page. For some reason it posted like I edited the original question. Stormplatter (talk) 18:47, 30 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
