Hello @Styyx. Thank you for your message. I've added references to this journalist's newspaper column and his official page on the TV channel where he serves as deputy editor. I can also add the US State Department report on human rights in Crimea https://www.state.gov/reports/2020-country-reports-on-human-rights-practices/ukraine/crimea/ which mentions Ayder Mujdabayev and the work that he does; however, this is a secondary reference and it employs a slightly different spelling of his name (Ayder Muzhdabaev). Please let me know if you think this will suffice.

Any change that affects the meaning of an article is not minor, even if it concerns a single word.
