If it's posible how do I shrink an image that's already on wikipedia to put it into an article/userpage?

You would write [[File:EXAMPLE.jpg|right|300px]] where the number for "300" would go up or down depending on what size you want it to be. If you're going to put the image in an infobox, most infoboxes just take the filename and extension (example: EXAMPLE.jpg) because the template's coding already has a preset size.
