Double Census citations[edit]

I saw your request for assistance with the accidentally doubled citations on Loleta, California. Here is the "diff" of the two versions which shows you the two very minor changes I made.

When a reference is cited more than one time in an article the first use is

<ref name = "SomeName">SomeName, Sarah, 2012, How to cite articles for Wiki, Times-Standard, Eureka, CA</ref>

The second use of the reference is

<ref name = "SomeName" />

Which makes the second pointer to the same source.

I hope this answers your question. There's more Wiki syntax on my user page if you just click on the link to my name that doesn't say talk. BTW, I had a wonderful sandwich last night on Loleta Bakery bread and thought again of one of my favorite towns on the North Coast. Cheers! Ellin Beltz (talk) 18:28, 17 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you, I appreciate the help (and the demonstration in indenting in wiki markup) Specialjake (talk) 04:59, 20 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
