it's/its[edit]

It is embarassing that I, as a native speaker, did not know how to use 'it' properly - I blame the Australian School System!

Don't be embarrassed, Smeezor. :) Thousands of other editors confuse the two words; you're not alone. Even Thomas Jefferson wrote "it's" when he meant "its". Best wishes and happy editing, Firsfron of Ronchester 01:29, 8 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
