I suggest you familiarise yourself with Wikipedia Policy before you make threats of banning. Youtube videos are not allowed as sources, please see WP:VERIFY and WP:EL for more information on this. Do not remove wikiproject templates, this can be seen as vandalism. It is not appropriate to attempt to direct editors outside of wikipedia through an external link on a talk page for the purpose of having them discuss the school.
