Weight loss[edit]

With this edit you added this source to support the statement "According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), healthy individuals seeking to maintain their weight should consume 2,000 calories (8.4 MJ) per day". I have not been able to find support for that statment in the source you cited (I must have missed it). Could you please tell me exactly where to find it in the source cited? Thanks.
