There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group or a web site, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Hello, i am just person, i'm just interested with Tbilisi metro, so that's why i called my profile so. I didn't use any promotion or any kind of advertising.

@331dot: Everything else is in order thanks and the editors explanation is satisfactory. The original choice of username and topics edited was what concerned me most, but now everything is clear and ok to unblock once a new username is confirmed. -- Longhair\^talk 09:32, 21 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
