Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. However, please do not use unreliable sources such as blogs, your own website, websites and publications with a poor reputation for checking the facts or with no editorial oversight, expressing views that are widely acknowledged as extremist, that are promotional in nature, or that rely heavily on rumors and personal opinions, as one of Wikipedia's core policies is that contributions must be verifiable through reliable sources, preferably using inline citations. - Thank you for helping me improve the quality of my articles. I reverted the article, then replaced the Forbes citations with reputable sources from either research reports or publications with editorial boards. I also corrected the content where the term "solution" was used. Though I would argue that the term "solutions" is widely used within the CCM community, it can be synonymous with "custom configured" or "customer designed" due to the unique natures of organization's enterprise content management and record management systems.
- As this was a major update to modernized the article, instead of reverting my changes, please provide me feedback you may have with specific content through the use of PROVEIT tag.

- Lots of terms are widely used in corporate communications - but nonetheless they are not appropriate in encyclopedia style. Also: If you write something that does not meet our policy or style requirements, you can expect that it will be reverted or removed. It is nothing personal - that is simply how things are done here. - I'm not taking anything personal. I truly mean thank you. There has been a lot to learn to providing content contributions on Wikipedia. I spent a lot of time learning about writing styles, but had not fully read the information on reliable sources. Thank you.
