over hasty speedy delete nomination

Hi, you nominated a page at Suraj dhanaji giri for speedy delete with A7. You gave the writer only 7 minutes after creation before nominating. For A1, A3, A7 and A10 speedy delete reasons you should wait for 1 hour to give the writer a chance to make the article meet the requirement. Patrolling from the back of the queue is a good idea.
