The file File:Kevin Charles Shinn.pdf has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unused plaintext biography PDF. We are not a WP:WEBHOST.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
