PROD

Hmm, I see that SDPatrollBot is not doing any more prod removal warnings (at least, not since October 13) why is that? I really liked those messages, because there is really no way to tell from the watch list if the prod was removed. Thanks. Tim1357 (talk) 18:08, 25 November 2009 (UTC)

Hey there Tim. Sorry about the lack of PROD warnings, I do have all the pages saved, so you should get all the pages since at least the 10th of this month. However, I messed the code up somewhere, and as much of my free time recently has been spent coding for other projects, I haven't had much time to spend at fixing it. I'll try and get the warnings out by tomorrow at least :). Best, - Kingpin13 (talk) 18:17, 25 November 2009 (UTC)
Does this explain why I received a bot notice today for a PROD removal which occurred two and a half weeks ago? Durova369 19:49, 27 November 2009 (UTC)
The same thing happened to me, too! I received an old PROD-removal notice, which Kingpin13 removed, and which this bot then re-added (!). What's up with that? Stonemason89 (talk) 19:57, 27 November 2009 (UTC)
(edit conflict) Yes, was this unhelpful? I can set a limit to the bot if you like (i.e. if the prod was removed > x days ago don't bother). What do you think? </ec> The bot was making a small error the first time around, luckily I was checking the edits, and managed to fix it before it did that to everyone :) - Kingpin13 (talk) 20:00, 27 November 2009 (UTC)
