The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. "Lapse of brilliance?"[edit]

The author of this article keeps using the phrase "lapse of brilliance" but apparently doesn't understand what the word lapse means. ("Lapse of brilliance" would mean "temporary failure of brilliance," not "moment of brilliance.") Perhaps the author meant "flash of brilliance?" I would correct it, but I'm not sure if this weirdly incorrect phrasing actually came from the novel itself.
