Notability of Martin Dawes Systems[edit]

Request reason:

Proxy services such as Zscaler are becoming popular with global organisations including universities and big business. By blocking Zscaler and similar protective proxy systems you are potentially denying huge numbers of contributors access to Edit Wikipedia

Decline reason:

That may be so, but an unblock appeal is not an appropriate venue for trying to change Wikipedia policy.
