Chapters and verses of the Bible[edit]

I saw the comment you added to Chapters and verses of the Bible, and moved it to the Discussion page for that article. If you find something that is not completely right, feel free to change it. Thanks for stating your source -- that will always be welcome here! However, please only sign your contributions (with ~~~~) on talk pages, not in articles.

In this case, I agree that the article could benefit from clarifying the point that you raised. Perhaps this could be added in the start of the paragraph about the Jewish numbering being different from the Christian method. It only needs to be covered briefly here, however -- there are other articles such as Tanakh and Books of the Bible which go into those details.
