Beautiful, Dirty, Rich-Lady GaGa song[edit]

Yes. It will probably help the articles improvement, if you could, please do and could you please when you come to the ariticle go to "this article's entry" and try to help keep the article. Thanks.Dance-pop (talk) 05:38, 16 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I reverted your changes to this article; redlinking is acceptable- and even desirable- if the linked subject warrants an article and there is no other suitable link. As an ITV presenter, it's likely that Adrian Simpson would be notable enough to justify having his own article. All the best, Ubcule (talk) 20:30, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I would have to admit that I would have to agree with you on that one. The problem is, of course, that I know virtually nothing about Adrian Simpson. I think I am going to request that an article about him should be made. (An article was already made about him, but then it was deleted.) Rayboy8 (talk) 23:50, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, yes I saw this comment thanks! I should probably have acknowledged it. Ubcule (talk) 20:11, 6 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The Colour of Money: Should it be made longer?[edit]

There have been quite a few episodes shown on ITV1 now and there hasn't been many changes made to the page since the first episode was shown. Does anyone have any available information to add to the page? Rayboy8 (talk) 19:32, 14 March 2009 (UTC)Rayboy8[reply]

Hey[edit]

It's great that you've taken it upon yourself to upload some ITV idents to the respective pages, but in future could you tag them with [[Category:ITV logos]] please? It would help with categorisation. It's Malpass 93! (drop me a ---) 23:00, 31 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Failbook requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for web content. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. MaenK.A.Talk 12:36, 9 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

At this point, the article really does qualify for speedy deletion. Since you say that you plan to expand it, I've moved it to User:Rayboy8/Failbook so that you can work on it there. In the future, you can help ensure that articels aren't tagged for deletion during their creation if you write them in your userspace. Nyttend (talk) 13:30, 9 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
No complaints. Since being up-to-the-minute is less important here than at Wikinews, it's not as important to do all of your writing in mainspace. Nyttend (talk) 13:49, 9 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
You can ask me, and I'll do what I can, or you could post a request at the Help Desk. What kind of help do you want? Nyttend (talk) 13:53, 9 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
The Help Desk can provide answers for anyone; I'm quite experienced here, but I often turn to the Help Desk when I'm confused. We also have a village pump that's similar to the Water Cooler at Wikinews. Nyttend (talk) 14:00, 9 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free files in your user space[edit]

Hey there Rayboy8, thank you for your contributions. I am a bot, alerting you that non-free files are not allowed in user or talk space. I removed some files I found on User:Rayboy8/Failbook. In the future, please refrain from adding fair-use files to your user-space drafts or your talk page.

ITV late night news reader[edit]

She was a beautiful woman named Dajid Daliwa(sp) and she's not listed in the ITV News article. I can't spell her name and so searching for her is proving ineffective. I thought she had such a presence, confident and pleasant manner and a distinct voice that she would soon rise to high levels. Guess I was wrong. Any sources as to what happened to her? (I was digitizing my VHS collection and found and old report with her but no matter how many times I listen to the name I can not figure out any other way to spell it. Maybe her name being so un-British was a career stopper?) 97.85.185.160 (talk) 08:25, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, found her at ITN World News for PBS. The name of the new incarnation of the broadcast was ITN World News For Public Television. Although it made Daljit Dhaliwal a household name in the United States,. She made insomnia much more bearable... 97.85.185.160 (talk) 08:32, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Are any of these pics fair use for her page? UDDAP or a screenshot of the CNN Promo? 97.85.185.160 (talk) 09:08, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Has this got anything to do with me? --Rayboy8 (talk) 15:59, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You cared enough to add quotes so I'm surprised you don't understand why I ask you. 97.85.185.160 (talk) 23:33, 1 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I know, but I do not want to have any involvement in this particular matter. Sorry. --Rayboy8 (talk) 15:25, 3 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to ITV News Calendar may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "[]"s and 1 "<>"s likely mistaking one for another. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • bulletins for the two regions. The separate late night bulletins are also retained and <ref>[ref>[http://media.ofcom.org.uk/2013/07/23/ofcom-sets-out-licence-terms-for-itv-stv-utv-and-channel-5/
