Thanks, yes that's a good catch. I found the date for it too, and moved it into the correct context. I've been reading up a bit on the whole VED saga, mainly in the cited sources, and might try and develop the history section a bit more later. RLJer (talk) 19:39, 6 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
