Redirects

Hi Qwertyxp2000, I noticed your edit on Hogwarts Legacy. As you probably know, redirects are WP:NOTBROKEN, what do you mean with "changing links of articles that have little meaning for making the links be redirects"? soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 05:07, 7 February 2023 (UTC)

I did a look at the edit, and I have noted that the word "Cultural Appropriation" in a quote is written as is, but the term "cultural appropriation" should be using the non-capitalized form to be accurate with the term itself. The rest of these link changes probably weren't necessary if it is to follow WP:NOTBROKEN. However, I do feel the stuff about JK Rowling political views (see this edit for context) might be needed. Either that or a reword of that sentence, but I think the flow sounds clearer if written as "amid ongoing controversies regarding Rowling's political views and accusations of perpetuating antisemitic tropes". Another question I really want to ask regarding WP:NOTBROKEN is whether the word "Cultural Appropriation" as a quote should be linked to "cultural appropriation" (obviously stuff like John Lasseter must be capitals because his name is obviously Start Case). Thanks for your quick reply, Qwertyxp2000. I'm out the door in a couple of minutes and I won't have to respond properly. Hopefully I can get to it later today. Thanks, and happy editing. soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 05:37, 7 February 2023 (UTC)
By the way, I have also added a discussion under Wikipedia_talk:Redirect#WP:NOTBROKEN_and_links_directly_on_quotes about how to deal with WP:NOTBROKEN in regards to direct quotes, which that page lacks at all. Qwertyxp2000 (talk | contribs) 05:41, 7 February 2023 (UTC)
