. Please unblock me. I do not understand why I was blocked. I do not understand what is wrong with my nickname. If you think qqzzccdd is too offensive, please rename me.Qqzzccdd (talk) 20:31, 16 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You have been unblocked. I am going to restore your user talk page also. KnightLago (talk) 21:46, 16 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
History has been restored. Happy editing. KnightLago (talk) 21:49, 16 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I blocked you because I felt your username could be hard for other members to remember. However, anothe radmin has overturned and it was borderline enough that if he disagrees, then fair enough, you may keep your name. I didn't delete your talk page, the log for that is here. It was deleted because it is our policy to delete talk pages of permanently blocked users after they have been inactive for some time, but restored to go with your unblocking. I hope that explains but get back to me if you're still unsure. Part of the trouble is that the username policy has become more relaxed between when you were blocked and now. The link you are looking for is at Wikipedia:U#Confusing usernames. Note that the policy now says confusing names should not be blocked without discussion, whereas before names that were a random series of characters qualified for immediate blocking with notification by the template I lft on your talk page. I think the way the policy lies now is better and I'm glad it has been changed so that names like yours do not simply mean an instant block. You should have no furhter issues with this name. If you read what I said, I pointed out the policy has changed. In December, when I blocked you, that was what it said to do. You were also left a note that explained and informed you what to do, although I don't know if you ever saw it because it was so long before you next logged in that it may have been deleted already by another user. It was a good block. Back in December the username policy was more strict. Your username would have qualified as confusing then. The policy has since been changed to be more lenient. I suggest you drop the issue, the block was justified and in accordance with the "rules". KnightLago (talk) 16:51, 17 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you both for your kindness.--Qqzzccdd (talk) 20:46, 17 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
