Welcome to Wikipedia, Qorveh! I am Cirt and have been editing Wikipedia for quite some time. I just wanted to say hi and welcome you to Wikipedia! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page or by typing {{helpme}} at the bottom of this page. I love to help new users, so don't be afraid to leave a message! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Again, welcome!

No mention of Xenu at all in article Scientology ?[edit]

That is surprising to me, sure, but not by that much, actually. Is this relevant to the article? Absolutely. Will it get in the article? I have no idea. Have multiple other editors brought up concerns at Talk:Scientology that it is possible the article is monitored/trolled what have you by certain individuals with a conflict of interest to make sure that stays out of the article? Yes, that issue has been raised on the talk page. However, that is a highly trafficked, main "core" article to a topic - and those types of more heavily trafficked articles usually tend to be harder to get anything accomplished with on Wikipedia, simply because of that high volume of editors with vested interests in the article's presentation. For more history of various sorts of WP:COI issues on Wikipedia itself as related to these issues, in addition to WP:Arbitration Committee proceedings, I highly suggest you read the following:

  1. Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/COFS
  2. Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/COFS
  3. Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Terryeo
