January 2011[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Milling machine has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTsPXFy7Xx0. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy and therefore probably should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 03:06, 15 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Uploading images[edit]

Hey, Peter, the slickest way I've found for adding images is uploading them to Wikimedia Commons where you will find an "upload file" link on the left of the page. That link launches a process that pretty well explains itself, step by step. For your own work, you are free to choose from a variety of licenses. There is also a category picker at the bottom of one of the steps, so your image will show up in places other people might go looking for it. It's a wiki, so be bold, knowing you will not break anything that can't be easily fixed. __ Just plain Bill (talk) 20:47, 1 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:Edison-state-college.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Edison-state-college.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 01:07, 23 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Polygon Solutions Inc[edit]

Hello, Qchess. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Polygon Solutions Inc".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Draft:Polygon Solutions Inc}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 06:00, 30 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
